Responsible for advising and partnering with portfolio company CEOs and management teams to drive growth and execute commercial strategy.
Over 20 years of experience working with high growth, private equity backed companies in various leadership roles.
Co-Founder and current Board Member of Milestone Funeral Partners and previously served as the Chief Administrative Officer at Allied Power Group, Senior Executive at the OnPoint Group, and as President of Total Fleet Solutions.
Graduated with a B.A. in Psychology, Anthropology and Sociology from the University of Rhode Island and a Master's in Education and Counseling from Duquesne University.

Responsible for leading firm-wide operations, building scalable operating systems, and supporting execution across our companies.
Has over 10 years of experience in leadership and strategic operations. Previously led Operations and supported business development and executive leadership at Notch Partners.
Began a career in education leadership as a school principal before moving into private-sector roles focused on operations and organizational growth.
Holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Education from Queen's University Belfast and an MBA from the University of London.

Responsible for all accounting functions and supporting portfolio investments in accounting, tax, and compliance matters.
Previously was a Controller overseeing all accounting functions, including billing, cash receipts, state compliance, and taxation for portfolios of over $1B. Spent a decade in public accounting, specializing in tax compliance, tax planning, and multijurisdictional tax compliance.
Graduated with a BS in Accounting, Cum Laude from Le Moyne College, and an MBA.

Responsible for talent strategy, executive recruitment, and organizational development initiatives across the firm and its portfolio companies.
8+ years in private capital talent & primary market research. Prior to joining Bender Equity, Matt served as a Principal with Dartmouth Partners & Assistant Vice President with Notch Partners in New York City, connecting investors with C-Suite & board-level executives.
Graduated with a BS in Health Policy & Administration from Penn State University.
